  • Design, configure, implement and troubleshoot LAN based backup, email, FAX and virus solutions along with their respective agents in a multi-platform environment
  • Configure and troubleshoot servers for routing and bridging functions
  • Implement hardware/software based NOS fault tolerant solutions (load balancing, clustering and storage)
  • Configure connectors in a multi-platform environment
  • Install, configure and troubleshoot FTP, HTTP and IIS services
  • Install, configure and troubleshoot remote access services on the network
  • Install, configure and administer LAN management applications
  • Install, configure and troubleshoot switching, VLAN, router and firewall based technologies (LAN based)
  • Install, configure and troubleshoot wireless network LAN technology
  • Read, interpret and act upon logs from network applications for security purposes
  • Maintain system data backup and restoration procedures
  • Configure and troubleshoot hardware components including servers and network equipment
  • Installation, upgrading and updating of server applications
  • Provide hardware and software evaluation to clients
  • Should have sound knowledge of creating IT policies and review them in time to time
  • Monitor system and network security
  • Provide WAN (Wide Area Network) support and troubleshooting

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as an IT Helpdesk at different levels (L1, L2, L3)
Expertise in troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers, CCTV systems, and servers.
Proficiency in operating system installations and troubleshooting (Windows, Linux, macOS)
Experience with firewall management and network solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Willingness to work in permanent night shift
